The peeled product retains its natural shape and is carefully being handled.
The Dofra Foodtec carrot peeler is very easy to clean and to disinfect, due to it's hygienic design. The roller bed
(concave shape) is used optimally, therefore there is a minimal need for chaning rolls.
Rolls that have to be changed can be removed and mountd very quickly using an expander system.
Water consumption of the carrot peeler is extremely low or zero, so water costs are extremely limited.
